WHAT IS SENIOR DAY CARE?
Adult day care is a planned program of activities in a professional care setting for older adults who need supervised daycare or are lonely and alone. Seniors can participate in planned activities and socialize in a group setting at adult day care centers while still receiving the necessary health services. They also give family caregivers a break from their responsibilities as caregivers while letting them know that their loved one is safe.
It serves as a cure for loneliness and isolation. Seniors interact with new companions, move with deliberate exercise, learn new things, and set new schedules and habits as they do so. Your ideal aging-in-place solution is Traditions Care! Numerous families make advantage of the center throughout the week and supplement with home care on the weekends and evenings. Or they can alternate days spent at home and days spent at the facility.

At TRADITIONS CARES, patients are cared for by an expert team consisting of a nurse, doctor, assistant, social worker, and chaplain. Other therapeutic specialists, such as a music therapist or a trained volunteer, may assist the team in meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and his or her family. Our specialists create individualized care plans to promote comfort, dignity, and life quality.
Most hospice care is provided in the patient's home, as this is where the majority of terminally ill patients prefer to be: in familiar settings with familiar routines and familiar faces.
